Piña Colada

The Piña Colada is a shortboard-length egg/hybrid model from Chilli Surfboards, built for small, weak summer surf and point breaks. It has volume and area spread through the body of the board, a flat deck with low rail line, and a wide nose designed for paddling and pushing through flat sections. The tail is influenced by the classic twin-fin era, with single flyers set level with the side fins creating a break in the outline that curves into a narrower wing swallow tail for performance in the pocket. It has a medium/full rail. Chilli recommends riding it 3-4 litres above a rider's usual volume, or 3-5 inches shorter than their standard shortboard. Sizes run from 5'2" to 6'2" with volumes from 25.4L to 42.2L.
