HKII

The HKII is a step-down shortboard from Chilli Surfboards that updates their earlier Hot Knife model. It has a slightly fuller shortboard outline up front, a straighter tail rail for speed, and a pulled-in swallow tail for tight transitions. Rocker is moderately flat through the entry with a smooth exit, aimed at holding speed through flat sections. Contours run single to double under the feet, blending into a vee through the tail. It has a medium rail and an FCS II three-fin setup, offered in lengths 5'5"–6'4" and volumes 25.5–38L.
