Fever

The Fever is a high-performance shortboard from Channel Islands, designed by shaper Mike Andrews with team rider Patrick Gudauskas. It combines elements of the Proton, Rookie/Rook15, and MBM models, with a single concave, lowered rocker, and a more parallel outline featuring a hip in the tail for added drive. Gudauskas describes riding it from 2-3 foot beach and point breaks up to 6ft+ world-tour waves like J-Bay and Snapper. It is built as an all-around performance board rather than a specialist design.
